After attending the Grammy Awards and receiving a new leadership award, Miley Cyrus has taken a break from the music world to help the people of Haiti get back on their feet since the country is still struggling to recover from last year's earthquake.
In a report from The Hollywood Gossip, Miley Cyrus has stepped away from the spotlight to join the relief efforts in Haiti. Cyrus is currently in the earthquake ravaged country with the Sean Penn headed J/P Haitian Relief Organization.
